THE RESERVATION PROCESS
Operators are available by telephone or email to answer any questions and provide you with accurate quotes.
To make a reservation, please vist our website and fill out the reservation form. If you would like to book a round-trip, please submit two separate reservations. A detailed confirmation will be sent to the email address on file. There you'll find the details of your flight, the date and time, routing info, price and pick-up istructions.
A valid credit card is required for confirmation and cancellation purposes only. The card is not charged at the time of reservation. You can pay cash to the driver or pay with the credit card on file the day of your transfer. If you would like to pre=pay for your transportation, please request a credit card authorization.
Of course, you may have questions and sometimes you may need to make changes or adjustments to your reservation. We are always available to help with these contingencies. Simply contact us via email and we will respond as soon as possible.

* Do you provide car seats?
Taxi Transportation inc will provide up to two car seats free of charge. Any additional car / booster seat - $5.00
* Where do we meet the driver?
We offer complimentary "meet & greet" service at the airport. The driver will meet you at the baggage claim area with a sign. If your flight is an international flight, please call our dispatch departments as soon as you clear customs. The driver will meet you inside the airport within 10 min.
* When is the payment due?
We require a valid credit card for confirmation purposes, but it is not charged at the time of reservation. You can pay cash, credit or debit the day of your transfer. The credit card on file may be used as a payment option.
